Positions currently available:

Spa Coordinator - Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the operational flow of the spa to ensure each client has an exceptional experience at Glow.
• Answering the phone, booking and confirming appointments.
• Handling all payment transactions including gift certificates and retail sales.
• Unpacking, receiving and pricing product orders.
• Expertly recommending skin care products and/or spa services and gift certificates for clients.
• Maintaining the spa environment and helping to support our team of spa therapists. 

Requirements:
• Warm, friendly and dedicated to customer service. 
• Clear, concise communicator.
• Quick learner who demonstrates initiative.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm presence at all times.
• Esthetics and /or spa management diploma an asset.
• Available part-time: 2 Saturdays/month required.


Skin Therapist/Esthetician
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing esthetic services including manicure, pedicure waxing, tinting, facials and body treatments.
• Providing an exceptional experience with every GLOW client.

Requirements:
• Exceptional technical skills (especially manicure, pedicure and waxing).
• 1 year+ working in a spa environment.
• A highly motivated team player who is flexible, friendly, eager to learn and exceptionally client focused.
• Must be available Saturdays.
